If the product is returned to sender due to a failed shipment/returned by customer all returns are subject to a 50% restock fee for handling fees.


We have a 10-day return/cancel policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or cancel. After 10 days of the order being purchased we cannot cancel or return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unopened/unused/undamaged with proof of purchase. Even if it is the fault of the shipping provider if the item is damaged we cannot give a refund or exchange.

To start a return, you can use the "Contact Us" page to send us a message. You must buy a shipping label and then we will send you instructions on how to ship the order back. Once the product arrives at our warehouse and we can confirm that the product is eligible we will process the order right away. If the product arrives but does not fit the requirements then we cannot process the refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Once the order is shipped out everything is out of our hands and out of our control. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.

The make an exchange you must return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
